SCHOOL FEES

The following is a schedule of the school fees, which are effective from the Autumn Term 2025.

Please note that fees are due for payment on or before the first day of term.  

Fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

The above fees include lunch. Invoices will consist of the term’s fees, any other advance charges and any extras relating to the previous term. A full term’s notice, in writing to the Headmaster, is required for the removal of a pupil from the school.  This must be received by the school before the first day of the term to which it relates.

Learning Support Charges (One to One individual lessons)

Each learning support lesson is 30 minutes and is charged at £42.60 per lesson.

Sibling Discounts (NB these discounts do not apply to Learning Support charges)

For families with two siblings, the second child will receive a 5% discount.
For families with three or more siblings, the second child will receive a 5% discount, and the subsequent eligible children will receive a 10% discount
The eldest child is not eligible for a discount
If in receipt of Early Years funding no discount will be eligible.

Please note:

All fees and charges listed above are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT).
If you receive Early Years Funding for either 15 or 30 hours, please notify our school so that we can provide you with the accurate fees applicable to this category.
For families that are part of the British Armed Forces they will receive an additional discount of 10%. Please provide evidence to obtain this.
For families that work for the NHS they will receive an additional discount of 10%. Please provide evidence to obtain this.

** Fees in advance

School fees may be paid by an annual lump sum for one year in advance at a discounted rate. Our rates for September 2025 will be 5%. If you wish to register to pay by this method or to obtain further details, then please contact the Finance Officer (accounts@stfpewsey.co.uk ) before 10th July 2025. Registration to pay by this method must be made each year as the renewal of fees paid in advance is not automatic.
